When you combine Apple Pay with your Wood & Huston Bank Visa ^® Debit Card, you have access to a new level of security and convenience. Simply use your TouchID™ thumbprint or passcode to authorize a purchase. There is no need to share your card number.

How it works

Instead of using your actual credit and debit card numbers, Apply Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay create a unique Device Account Number, encrypting and securely storing it in the Secure Element, a dedicated chip in your device. When you make a purchase, the Device Account Number and a transaction- specific dynamic security code are used to process the payment. Your actual credit or debit card numbers are never shared with merchants or transmitted with payment.
