Ways to Make Your Loan Payments
For your payment to be considered conforming, the payment must be made in US currency. In addition, loan payments must be accompanied by the account number or with the remittance slip provided.

You may make your loan payments by mailing to the address above. Payments received by mail, Monday – Friday, will be credited that business day.
You may make your loan payments at any of our convenient banking centers. Payments received in-person, Monday – Friday, will be credited that business day. Payments received on Saturday will be credited the next business day.
You may make your loan payments through your secure Online Banking or by using the Mobile Banking App under the “Move Money” tab. Payments received by 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday, will be credited that business day. Payments received on Saturday will be credited the next business day.

Payments received via a live video teller, Monday – Friday, will be credited that business day. Payments received on Saturday will be credited the next business day. Live Video Tellers are open until 7 pm, unless otherwise stated due to holidays or inclement weather.
Some ATMs accept loan payments. These are considered nonconforming payments and may take longer to process.
Some of our convenient banking centers have night depositories. Payments received by 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday, will be credited that business day. Payments received after 3:00 PM or on Saturday, will be credited the next business day.
