In the event of potentially fraudulent activity on your debit card, a text message and phone call notification will keep you informed and secure.

Our fraud monitoring service allows you to receive information about potentially fraudulent activity on your debit card faster than ever before by utilizing our free SMS text message service, in addition to traditional phone calls.

Should fraudulent activity be suspected, our fraud department attempts to contact you first by text message, and if a response is not received, the system will progress to issuing a phone call, until you either confirm the transaction as fraud or not fraud.

How it works

Instead of using your actual credit and debit card numbers, Apply Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay create a unique Device Account Number, encrypting and securely storing it in the Secure Element, a dedicated chip in your device. When you make a purchase, the Device Account Number and a transaction- specific dynamic security code are used to process the payment. Your actual credit or debit card numbers are never shared with merchants or transmitted with payment.
