WHAT DOES WOOD & HUSTON BANK DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing, and/or promotional materials that may be of interest to you. Message frequency may vary.

Smart Mobile Apps:

• Location – Used for geofencing and beacon scanning essential for advertising/marketing campaign delivery
• UserID – Pulsate creates a random user GUID upon initial app access, which is later used during every connection with Pulsate. This GUID is unique for each device/app and changes after every app reinstall. This ID is used for identifying a user and sending campaigns.
• Product Interaction – Pulsate tracks user’s app entry, app exit and pages viewed within the app
• Name – Pulsate collects user’s first name for product personalization purposes

When you are no longer a customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.

How?

All financial companies need to share customers personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we will list the reasons financial companies can share their customers personal information; the reasons Wood & Huston chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing.

Reasons we can share your personal information, if we choose to share, and if you can limit this sharing.

1. For our everyday business purposes – such as to process your transactions, maintain your account(s), respond to court orders and legal investigations, or report to credit bureaus. Wood & Huston Bank does share this information. You cannot limit the sharing of this.

3. For joint marketing with other financial companies. Wood & Huston Bank does share this information. You cannot limit the sharing of this.
4. For our affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your transactions and experiences. Wood & Huston Bank does not share this information.
5. For our affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness. Wood & Huston Bank does not share this information.

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Wood & Huston Bank shares information with nonaffiliates so they can assist with marketing the bank’s products and services to you but does not allow nonaffiliates to use your information to market any third-party services.

Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

Our joint marketing partners include such as Financial Services Companies.

Other Important Information

You have other privacy protections under applicable state laws. To the extent these state laws apply, we will comply with them when we share information about you.
